Ark 2 released a new cinematic trailer

In the event Xbox and Bethesda Showcasefans can not only admire the impressive cinematic trailer at the same time as the new release of Ark 2but also learns that Xbox has confirmed the game will be available on Xbox Game Pass from day one.

Ark 2 was first revealed during last year’s The Game Awards and featured actor Vin Diesel as the protagonist Santiago. The survival game will also star actress Auli’i Cravalho (who once voiced Disney’s Moana) as Meeka, the protagonist’s daughter. Ark 2 was originally slated for release this year.

The game description explains: “Waking up in a primitive world where dinosaurs and humans vie for dominance, the player must team up with legendary heroes to confront the forces of darkness.” . Ark 2 will feature player-created, cross-platform mods for creatures, items, game features, and maps, along with support for modded unofficial servers.

While the new gameplay hasn’t been revealed yet, via the game’s Steam page, Ark 2 has been confirmed to run on Unreal Engine 5 with third-person gameplay. The game will feature freestyle climbing, parkour, gliding, swinging, as well as melee combat with target locking, blocking, combos, and special attacks. In addition, players can encounter many exciting world events in the sequel, face off against enemies known as Aratai, and craft weapons/tools from a variety of items.

Developers Studio Wildcard is fully investing in IP Ark. In addition to the sequel, the Studio is also producing Ark: The Animated Series, which turns the game’s 3D graphics into an animated movie.
