Steam Family Sharing is a feature that allows users to share games in Steam account to another family member or friend. This is a big “push” of Valve into the gaming market, thanks to it that we can play the blockbuster games, the latest games without having to spend money to buy as before.
Of course this feature still has its own limitations, for example:
- Can only share for up to 5 people.
- Two people cannot play the same game at the same time.
- When the shared person interferes with the game such as cheating, cheat … then you will be affected or responsible.

To cancel sharing games on Steam, you just need to do the opposite, as follows:
Settings / Family / Manage Other Computers
A list of computers (Steam account) authorized by you to share will appear. If you want to disable any account (revoke shared gaming rights), just click on Authorized (Revoke) in column Sharing Status.
While sharing games on Steam brings a lot of benefits, it does not exclude the people being shared by affecting you or your game account. It is best to consider before doing this with people who are not really trustworthy.
