PUBG hackers arrested for creating hacks

Over the past few months, the problem of hacking in PUBG has been constantly stalking this game. Hacking is currently rampant in the game as hackers constantly use auto-aim and wallhack (which allows the user to see through walls) to gain a slight advantage over others. Hacking is so rampant that many people think that’s why Fortnite generates more revenue than PUBG, as some PUBG players are jumping to rival titles to avoid hacking.

Talking about this, the developer PUBG Corp has worked hard. In the latest move, PUBG Corp has arrested 15 suspects in the development and sale of PUBG hacking software, including hacking marketplaces and intermediaries where this transaction takes place.

The arrest came on April 25 after the software was “confirmed to contain malicious code, including a Trojan horse that appears in some software and is used to steal user information.” These 15 suspects were fined $5.1 million, but this figure could rise as other circumstances related to the case are still being investigated.

According to information translated from the local authorities, the hackers use the Chinese backdoor virus to take control of the user’s computer and collect illegal information. This is not the first time PUBG hackers have had bad intentions, some of whom have forced players to play PUBG to get their data back.

This is not the first time someone has been arrested in connection with the creation of the PUBG hack. It was previously announced by Tencent, the publisher of PUBG in China, that it worked with the authorities to arrest 120 people for writing hacking software for the game.

News like this can continue, as PUBG Corp says it is “working closely with partners and authorities to bring these guys to justice.” The publisher added that they “will continue to fight against hacks/cheat software (and their creators) until players can play in a completely fair environment.”

One of the anti-hack efforts includes constant updates to the game and the introduction of new anti-cheat methods. But it seems that to make sure, PUBG needs to work with the law to combat this problem. Currently, players are very frustrated with the problem of hacking in the game when they constantly lose unfairly to hackers. Therefore, this move will surely please the fans.
