Nintendo confirms Mario as a plumber again

Nintendo confirms Mario as a plumber again

If there’s one thing that’s absolutely true in the world of Nintendo, it’s the Mario character. On weekdays, he’s a plumber, and when he’s not at work, he does everything we see in the game. This fact was questioned a few months ago when Nintendo released the news that Mario had long retired from being a plumber. But now, it seems Nintendo has cleared things up.

In Mario’s main career section published in September, it reads, “All sports, whether it’s tennis or baseball, football or racing, he [Mario] can do anything. Actually, I worked as a plumber a long time ago…”

As you might think, the gaming community went crazy immediately and demanded to know when Mario stopped working as a plumber and what his main occupation is now.

Now, almost half a year later, Nintendo has updated the description of Mario on the Japanese website and added the following important details…

[penci_blockquote style=”style-2″ align=”none” author=”” font_style=”italic”]

“…my profession is a plumber. However, his activities are not limited to that area.”

Obviously, Nintendo is messing around with this, but it seems to have placate fans.

This is probably not a worthy drama, but those who are loyal to ‘mario’s plumber’ will be pleased with Nintendo’s response. Nintendo is currently unavailable to confirm that Mario is no longer flushing the toilet or unclogging the drains in the Mushroom kingdom, even though he is no longer actually doing his job properly.
