FAU-WOOD nice Fearless and United Guards is one of the most heavily advertised games in India and for good reason. Made-in-India game is an action shooter title revolving around real events in Indian history. It has an in-game shop where you can purchase goods and contribute to the Indian Army. It even has its own national anthem.
But evaluate the game FAU-G
FAU-G was finally officially launched on January 26. This homegrown game has received a lot of positive reviews from the Indian gaming community on social networks. However, there are many people who praise it, there are certainly many who criticize it and think that FAUG is far from being able to match PUBG Mobile. To see if this game is considered the leading rival of PUBG Mobile to meet the expectations of players, we will evaluate the FAUG game together shortly.
FAUG . game review
1. The plot of FAU-G
– Rating: 3.5/5
While many people keep putting PUBG Mobile and FAU-G on the comparison table, one thing to note is that the Indian-made game is not a survival shooter like PUBG Mobile or Free Fire. The game follows a different concept and plot.
FAU-G revolves around the Indian army’s mission to defend the country against the enemy. The game offers 3 game modes including Campaign, Team Deathmatch and Free For All. However, the following 2 modes are not available at the moment.
Campaign mode relives the events of Galway Valley, where the player takes on the role of a soldier named Captain Dhillon. You will have to mobilize on your own, find supplies, withstand harsh conditions and fight enemies to complete the mission and return to your team.
2. Graphics of FAU-G
– Rating: 4/5
Since this is the first version of FAU-G, Taimienphi.vn does not want to be too strict when evaluating the game’s graphics, but when compared to the first version of PUBG Mobile or Call of Duty Mobile, the graphics of Fearless and United Guards was just average. While the low quality level makes the game blurry, the game’s medium and high quality graphics are rated well. However, there is not a huge difference between the two graphics levels.
Anyhow, it seems that the developer nCORE Games should put more effort into improving the graphics quality in the later versions of the game.
3. Gameplay of FAU-GOO
– Rating: 2/5
The article will focus on the single-player campaign mode as it is the only mode available to play in the game at the moment. Although the graphics and storyline seem quite impressive, the gameplay of FAU-G can leave you disappointed. The game is mainly about melee combat instead of gunfight, with weapons such as sticks, axes, and spears. This gameplay can still be interesting if the developer keeps it on track. However, the competition is quite poor when your enemy is none other than bots who don’t even know how to fight back. It’s easy to take down enemies even if you are attacked by 3 or 4 of them. Even in the middle of a battle, if you decide to stay away from your enemies, they will walk away instead of chasing you.
Gameplay is currently limited to only three elements – movement, attack, and defense. This will make the player feel like the game is repetitive when going deep into the game. The difficulty of the game is reflected in the fact that you have to face more enemies in later levels and they will attack you at the same time. Another challenge is timing. The mission will fail and you will have to return to the last checkpoint if the time requirements are not met.
Given the fact that both the main character and the villain say random and meaningless things during the fight, the game has a long way to go in improving and perfecting it before it can become a A real entertaining game for professional players.
Meanwhile, the game’s settings only allow players to adjust some basic features such as sound or graphics level. There are only 2 sensitivity parameters to adjust and the difference between these 2 parameters is very small.
4. Conclusion
After months of waiting, it’s safe to say that the FAU-G hasn’t lived up to its expectations. Although the plot and graphics are quite good, the features and gameplay of the game are boring and lackluster, hard to keep players for a long time. However, this is only the first version of the game, the developer will definitely update new content and bring more improvements to their product through future updates.
