Changes in the updated version of League of Legends 9.9

1. Aatrox

– Riot has removed the passive ability to heal and regenerate for champions Aatrox. Instead, they added the ability to heal based on the physical damage he deals to enemies. Aatrox’s Q and W skill stats have also been adjusted, with cooldowns increased. R no longer defaults to respawn but must be conditional.

– Kill Aatrox with ultimate skill, he will not be able to respawn. Instead, World Ender’s duration is increased by 5 seconds and allows him to respawn while it is still active. Resurrected Aatrox will not remove temporary buffs, and Riot is continuing to adjust and add healing percentages in World Ender.

2. Tahm Kench

In this update, the bonus damage from Tahm Kench’s passive will no longer scale and the slow from the Q skill will be increased. His E skill heals and shields increase, while using it doesn’t consume any mana. Finally, Tahm Kench’s ultimate skill has a reduced range and increased cooldown.

3. Blitzcrank

Blitz passive shield adjustment from mana, instead of current mana will be based on Blitzcrank’s max mana. R’s passive has been tweaked, allowing him to mark targets with his ultimate ability. Lightning will not attack random targets, but will instead hit marked targets. Blitzcrank can also mark targets by attacking the base while the ultimate is on cooldown.

4. Change equipment properties

There are only 2 changes in this update, Manamune increases damage, while Hunter’s Potion will be removed and will not return in the next update. The developers have removed it due to efficiency and rarely selected, so it is not needed.

5. Change Gems

Aftershock will receive a big change, with resistances no longer increasing by level, but will scale with the amount of bonus resistance based on level. The damage dealt is no longer proportional to AD or AP.
