Little Legends has three rare tiers. Each level when upgraded, they look fancier with more props and textures. Your Little Legends is leveled up after you unlock it multiple times from random lucky eggs. Thankfully, once your Little Legends has reached the third tier, you won’t be able to get another copy via random eggs anymore.

As said earlier, there are six types of Little Legends at the moment. However, each has six different unique skins. Combine that with three levels of each and you have 108 different options to customize the look of your Little Legend.
