9 steps to create DIY Mini World skin on white paper

Here are 9 steps to create DIY Mini World skin on white paper

Step 1: Draw a square

Draw on 14×14 cm white paper a board containing 1 cm squares.

Advice:

• Use a pencil to draw straight lines (easy to erase when drawing by mistake).
• Use a square ruler to draw images and vertical lines.
• Dimensional deviation or angle too large will affect the results.

Step 2: Draw the frame

Draw a rectangular frame 2 cm long and 6.5 cm wide as shown below (note respective location).

Step 3: Draw the frame of the head

Draw a rectangle of 9 cm in length and 2.5 cm in width as shown below.

Step 4: Draw the frame of the body below

Draw 2 adjacent rectangles 6 cm long and 2.5 cm wide.

Step 5: Draw the skin frame

Draw two squares next to 3cm under the 2 rectangles in the above step (note the symmetrical position on the bottom edge).

Step 6: Delete the lines inside the skin frame

Delete additional lines inside the body frame area. This section is for drawing skins. Note: Do not delete the small rectangle outside of the frame.

Step 7: Draw your own skin

Color the area inside the frame, compare with the original drawing card, you will know where the area needs to be colored accordingly.

Step 8: Fill the outline with black

Before taking a photo, you need to color black the outer squares with a black ink pen like I paint below. Color it evenly and fill the squares.

Step 9: Take a picture
