2 brand new shooting games hit the list of hottest PC games

New names appear in the ranking of hot games of Steam last weekend all belong to the line shooting game. Splitgate and Back 4 Blood entered the top 10 games on Valve’s platform.

This is a pretty predictable result for Back 4 Blood, Turtle Rock’s highly anticipated title and successor to Left 4 Dead. And Splitgate is a free-to-play shooting game that is attracting attention in recent times. Splitgate is a competitive shooter that revolves around moving, taking advantage of space portals to appear behind enemies and overcome obstacles quickly.

Splitgate also set the record for the highest number of online co-players at nearly 68,000 – an incredible record for a game that is two years old. Before July, Splitgate’s record for the number of online players was 11,000, much lower than it is now.

Users who pre-ordered Back 4 Blood can now experience the beta. The co-op zombie shooter hit nearly 100,000 players last Friday and had a playerbase of between 30,000 and 90k over the two weekends.
