1437 joined TNC in May 2017, and became the only international player on the roster and remained unchanged until January 2018. During this time, TNC finished runner-up in the SL i-League Invitational #2. and qualified for The International 2017. This was enough to help the squad survive the post-TI7 transfer window.
TNC decided to return to the Pinoy roster after disappointing results at the beginning of the first Dota Pro Circuit season. They only kept themselves with 270 DPC points, but the idea of the international squad has not been forgotten.
The Canadian international shared his excitement with the new squad and thanked his fans for their support during these difficult times:

Thank you everyone for the support. It’s been a rough month, especially with the end of things at TNC phoenix and the creation of the new roster, but I’m looking forward to a brighter future. My love and passion for this game has always been strong and thanks to everyone who has been a constant cheerleader for me to keep going. There are still many goals that I want to achieve and prove in Dota 2. This will be a fresh start.
Thanks again everyone.
